Problem

An organization keeping track of payments to authors requires quarterly database restoration tests. The restoration tests are done on a server separate from the live, production server for various reasons, including security, backup, redundancy. The existing server had limitations that prevented the addition of another restoration test.

Solution

A new hosting server was located and implemented that will provide long-term addition of restoration tests. Ten exisiting restoration databases (and associated front-end code) were migrated to the new server, then each tested and compared to the source.
