Problem:

Seattle attorney establishing an additional presence on the Pacific coast near Ocean Shores, WA., wanted phones in Seattle and coast to work the same with same numbers, same voice mail.

Solution:

Phone numbers were moved to a VoIP service, ring groups set up for each number, and then VoIP adapters connected to the numbers in the VoIP service. Result: Calls to business and personal numbers ring in both places at once. Voice mails are accessible by email and by phone. Calls out show only the existing, established phone numbers, wether call originates from coast or Seattle.
