Advocacy organization was considering a move to a new location. The organization wanted to know a) networking options and b) phone options.


An on-site visit established a slow-speed WiFi provided by building management. Ethernet cable provided about eight times more speed. Hardware suggestions were provided to take advantage of the faster ethernet connection. The organization was paying about $110/month for phone service. By switching to a VoIP provider, the organization is going to reduce the monthly bill to $5 or less per month. Help was provided for porting the number and then configuring the VoIP service.
