Problem:

A new Seattle FM radio station needed several network jobs done, including:
b) Move access point
c) Identify problem with voice messages not being sent via email from the VoIP phone system.

Solution:

b) Relocated cloud-based access point to more optimal position based on actual usage locations by staff and visitors
c) Determined that messages were being sent and that the email delivery of voice messages was within the organization’s own mail service, not in the VoIP service. Set up an intermediary account on different service that 1) allowed easier visual checks that email with voice messages were being sent and 2) forwarded the messages on to the intended email account. The setup allows a middle set to see if messages are being sent and also as a backup.
