Problem:
FM Radio station was losing Wifi connection to Internet periodically. Station manager suspected it was the WiFi.
Solution:
Investigation showed the problem was not the major 48-port switch or the POE (Power over Ethernet) WiFi unit. Rather, the problem was in Comcast equipment. Comcast modem was losing signal to the outside node. With Comcast support determined best course of action would be to replace the modem.
