Problem
A Seattle, WA customer had an Obihai VoIP phone adapter. While configuring a second VoIP adapter the customer got confused about which phone was connected to which adapter and mistakenly reset the first working adapter back to factory defaults. This wiped out all his settings for his own VoIP phone service. Because of the age of the Obihai adapter, it could not longer be configured through the ObiTalk.com web portal.
Solution
Once the Obihai model and VoIP service were determined, research was done for a manual way to configure the Obihai adapter. A manual method was found and performed, restoring all phone services.
