Attorney creating an employee handbook for an organization wanted a review of and input on portions of the handbook relating to employee use of a) technical facilities, b) social media, and c) email.
Solution
Provided written comments followed by phone discussion on various points. Was able to provide guidance away from ambiguous terms, misleading terms and provide guidance to proper terminology with additional suggestions for protection of organizational assets.
