Seattle Resident in Europe Blocked

Problem

A Seattle resident found himself stuck in Europe because of COVID-19 positive tests. He had a laptop with him and Internet available at his isolation location. Solution

To solve this problem a WireGuard VPN server was set up at a Seattle residence, which allowed him to connect from Europe via VPN and obtain a residential, US-based IP#. He was then able to do everything he needed to do over the Internet.
