A Lynnwood, WA car wash lost its Internet connection — and the ability to process payments. This meant a loss of money because the car wash would not operate without payment processing.

Solution

The short story: Upon investigation, it was determined that the information Comcast had given the employee in charge was not the correction information for configuring equipment for a static IP. Once this got resolved the Internet came back on line and created the foundation for fixing the remaining problems caused by a power outage.
